Spengler Industries is a Utah-based leader in custom fabrication, specializing in high-end roofing and wall cladding systems. Everything we offer is designed and fabricated in-house right here in Utah, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship. Our core products include Interlocking Diamond Shingles -our signature offering- along with other custom-shaped and pressed shingles, historical reproductions, and so much more! While we offer standard profiles, our custom capabilities are virtually limitless—if a client can dream it, we can make it a reality in a long-lasting, precision-built system.

We also design and fabricate complete dome and turret assemblies, including both structural steel frameworks and cladding, which are shipped fully or partially assembled for efficient on-site installation.

What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue new business in residential and commercial roofing sectors
Conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs
Educate clients on Spengler Industries’ custom metal roofing products and fabrication capabilities
Prepare and present estimates, quotes, and proposals
Maintain ongoing relationships with contractors, builders, and property owners
Represent Spengler Industries at trade shows, local events, and networking opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, roofing, or metal materials
Knowledge of/or strong interest in custom metal roofing solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
Ability to work in the field and on-site with clients
