Microphone:
- Lapel (Lavalier) microphone preferred for hands-free operation.
- Handheld wireless microphone as a backup.
Sound System:
- High-quality PA system with appropriate amplification for the room size.
- Handheld wireless microphone as a backup.
Visual Presentation
Projector:
- High-resolution projector with HDMI compatibility.
- Screen size suitable for the venue and audience size.
Backup Projector:
- On hand in case of technical difficulties.
Computer/Device
Laptop:
- Provided by the organizer with the latest version of presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
- HDMI and VGA connectors.
Remote Clicker:
- To advance slides remotely
- Spare batteries for the clicker
- Backup clicker provided by the organizer
