Whether you can’t find a team to build a dome substructure, or even just planning it gives you a panic attack, you’ve now got one less problem. We have developed a wood-free, fire-abating substructure that interlocks with adjoining pieces and needs no additional fasteners.
Precision, CNC cut metal sheeting covers the ribs. Our shingles or panels fasten on top of the sheeting. The installation procedure can be started either on the ground and lifted and secured post-fabrication, or built directly on the building. Ground production is generally much easier for a number of reasons, but should issues such as crane accessibility come into play, the individual components can be hoisted and installation completed on the roof itself.
We’ve devised a system that under most circumstances is quite intuitive. In the event installation teams would like some boots on the ground help, we’ll gladly provide that assistance. Additionally, we can advise all those on the design-build team from engineering and planning all the way to technical installation instruction. We can be as hands on as is required / requested.
