Where do you go to get technical answers on metal roofing and metal wall cladding?

We get it. Finding answers to your metal roofing and cladding questions is hard. Like REALLY hard. If you don’t actively work in the industry, you have to navigate whether something comes in Imperial or metric units, or what gauge or ounce or metal or finish before you even get to what system is going to work best.

And there are so many choices out there unsuitable for the task at hand. On top of that, the industry in general (this side of the Atlantic anyway) isn’t really all that knowledgeable. If you do find a system you think will work, will the manufacturer be in a position to help you with a more technical detail? Outside basic information, our anecdotal experience and those sentiments shared by our customers, we collectively have to conclude there isn’t much in the way of that kind of assistance.

To top things off, you have to go twelve different places to source things which might or might not properly interface with the system you just bought. You can avoid all of that extra work and hassle by reaching out to us instead.

No matter how technically complex your project, we have all your solutions right here!

One of the reasons metal roofs haven’t caught on as much in our neck of the woods as they have in other parts of the world, is they do require a fair amount of base line knowledge. Trade schools don’t have the same emphasis as in Europe (for example) we live in a giant country where most of us are rather transient, we live in a relatively young country with minimal historic architecture by comparison, and our culture GENERALLY tends to favor “more and larger and immediately cheaper” rather than “curated and quality and budget smarts over time”. These are some of the factors that have inhibited metal roof’s ubiquity in the States.

You are here, so you know there is a better way. You know that just because all your neighbors don’t have metal roofs doesn’t mean metal roofs are some kind of pariah or eccentricity. When installed properly, our metal roof and wall systems will likely outlive you. In the case of copper or stainless and other more permanent metals, that could conceivably translate to thousands of years maintenance-free so long as a tree limb doesn’t fall, or an asteroid doesn’t hit it!

This kind of permanence just needs a little extra knowledge, care and attention. We’re here to help you with that! If you have ANY questions about what’s best for your project or how to facilitate a certain detail or issue, that’s what we’re here for! We’re not just going to leave you with a system for you to figure out on your own.

That said, we’ve built in as much intuition into our systems as we possibly could. We started out as some of the most skilled and experienced installers on valuable, historic properties. As we took stock of the needs of the market here, we switched to manufacturing to better help our fellow roofers. Same with architects and the design and planning team. Whether you have a question that can be answered over the phone or in a quick email, or you need full on “boots-on-the-ground” training, we’re your answer!

So if you’re tired of sourcing items from twenty different places, confused by a confusing and difficult trade where solutions are scant, and want to plan with the best, but are hesitant to try something new or not as familiar, plan with CONFIDENCE! We promise! We’ve got you!

Give us the chance to help you get exactly what you’re looking for. Relieve yourself of all anxieties. Call us today and we’ll ensure your project is spectacular with the longevity to match all while keeping your sanity intact!
